The Basic Setup

This is a basic structure of a simple marketing web page with an up-sell offer without a down-sell or a second up-sell.

As you can imagine it can get quite complicated however unless you learn these skills that I’m about to show you, you’ll NEVER get your business off the ground – unless you’re made of money and have deep pockets to have someone help you out.

A Characteristic of traditional Chinese clothing was that not only was the clothing an external expression of elegance, but each and every piece communicated a sense of external form and contained an internal symbolism of meaning. Certain colours and images carried specific meaning and status.

Today’s clothing

Chinese people like the color red. The red color, indicates happiness, success and unity. Today’s China’s fashion designers use a mixture of traditional and modern ideas to create new fashions.

These new fashions also incorporate, age-old motifs such as guardian deities, lions, and masks of Chinese opera characters. Another source of printed, woven and embroidered design for clothes. Some of the distinctive designs include dragons, phoenixes, clouds, flowers and lighting. These often dominate Chinese clothing style for women.

Men’s Clothing

In modern day society, Chinese men can be seen at social occasions wearing ceremonial clothes in two varieties on formal occasions, The dignified and refined traditional Chinese long gown and the SunYat-sen’s uniform, which is a blending of fashion elements from the East and West and was once hailed as the “State Suit”.

Sun Yat-sen introduced the style shortly after the founding of the Republic of China as a form of national dress although with a distinctly political and later governmental implication.

After the end of the Chinese Civil War and the establishment of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, such suits came to be worn widely by males and government leaders as a symbol of proletarian unity and an Eastern counterpart to the Western business suit.

This “State Suit” or Chinese tunic is a style of male attire traditionally known as the Zhongshan suit and later as the Mao suit (after Mao Zedong).

The name “Mao suit” comes from Chinese leader Mao Zedong’s fondness for wearing them in public, so that the garment became closely associated with him and with Chinese communism in general in the Western imagination.

In the 1960s and 1970’s, the Mao suit became fashionable among Western European socialists and intellectuals. It was sometimes worn over a turtleneck.

Although they fell into disuse among the general public in the 1990s due to increasing Western influences, they are still commonly worn by Chinese leaders during important state ceremonies and functions.

Like many businessmen, Donald Trump’s career has also had his share of failures. His biggest failure may be his ill-fated venture into casinos in Atlantic City.

1. Atlantic City

In 1988, he acquired the Taj Mahal Casino. Funded primarily by junk bonds, the casino would be $3 billion in debt within a year. Trump, racked up $900 million in personal liabilities, had the business declare bankruptcy. To stay afloat he sold many personal assets,a 282-foot megayacht, his airline and half of his stake in the company.

Trump’s casino holding company would enter bankruptcy two more times: in 2004, after accruing $1.8 billion in debt, and in 2009, after missing a bond payment during the Financial Crisis. Each time, Trump’s stake in the company fell.

Niche Marketing For Success

Picking a Niche that is the most popular, is not a guarantee of success. Picking the right niche is often not the same thing as picking one of the more popular niches. In fact the more popular a niche is, may not mean thats it profitable. It all about how you market the niche you pick.

To better help you understand just how potentially profitable picking the right can be, I have a Niche Marketing Video Course of ten models that will show you how you can start to profit from niche marketing. The entire course is video based making it easy to follow and understand.

Many people getting started online are under the misimpression that the niche they should start working in is the Internet Marketing niche (make money online type) or in the weight loss niche.

Due to the huge volume of monthly searches for those two keywords. Google shows there is 273,000,000 and 221,000,000 respective search results for just these words alone and around 438,220 and 663,618 actual monthly traffic searches.

Choosing a Niche

So of course, people get excited by the possibilities of getting a portion of that traffic and if you know how to tap into these niches then no doubt you could be sitting on a virtual goldmine.

However, there is also massive competition for these niches as everyone wants a share of that volume. So for most people this is an unrealistic expectation, to be able to compete in such a highly competitive market.

What is important to realize, is that there are many other profitable niches that you could choose from and most of these niches will have less competition. And they are still large enough to make you a great income.

Jumping In

If you choose too, you could jump into multiple niche markets by providing added value to the readers’ within those niches and begin profiting from several niche markets at the same time, as this would provide you with multiple streams of income.

However, you need to understand what you are doing and how to do this effectively This is where many make the biggest mistakes with niche marketing. They select the wrong niches, choose the wrong keywords and target the wrong audience.

What is a Niche Marketer?

As a Niche Marketer, essentially you are selling products for a commission. If you don’t have your own products then you’ll be finding affiliate products and promoting them online via your own affiliate link. If someone clicks on your link and then buys the product, you’ll get a percentage of the sale.

Often, niche marketing involves selling digital products and you can expect your percentage to be as much as 50% all the way up to 75% of the sale price.

There’s usually little risk because you have nothing to ship or to stock. So all you have to do is to promote and sell the product and in some cases you’ll earn more than the actual product creator.

The hard part though, is in doing the selling. This is where the ‘marketing’ part comes in, and your job from here is to find yourself an audience, through a blog, a website, an email campaign, online advertising, or through social media; whichever method(s) you find the most effective.

Building an Audience

That means creating a website, or a blog, and promoting it and building a list of subscribers.

Getting to the point of making good money is slow going. You can expect it to take at least several months if not a year or more to go from 0 to 500 visitors a day before you’ll start to accumulate exponential growth.

During this stage, niche marketing is anything but passive. You’ll be investing large amounts of time into writing compelling content that people will want to read, building a list of followers, emailing subscribers and managing your promotions.

As someone who likes to work online at home, I understand the importance of making everything as simple and as efficient as possible, because it is so easy to spend hours, days and weeks (perhaps years) trying to figure it out and then getting things up and running.

There are many things that you need to know such as, how to get visitors, how to create a sales page, how to write good content, how to set up autoresponders, how to deliver the product, etc.

Time

If you have ever tried to sell online before, you will know it takes time and a lot of integration to get all the parts working together.

From creating a sales pages, marketing the product, setting up email follow-ups, thank you pages, getting paid and delivering the product.

Most people struggle with putting together all the things that are required to create just one ‘sales & delivery funnel’ and many give up in frustration before they put all the pieces together.

Affiliate marketing has made more “work-from-home” dreams a reality than any other money-making method online.

Still, for every one affiliate marketer who succeeds and realises their dream of being able to quit their day job and make more money working for home …many more fail miserably.

Making Big Money

Of course, every affiliate marketer is looking for the successful niche or products that give them the biggest paycheck. Sometimes they think there is a magic formula that is readily available for them – if they could only find it.

But actually, it’s not as simple as that, in fact, it’s a little more complicated than just finding the missing magic formula.

It is more than just good marketing practices that have been proven over years to make people successful online. It is also the knowledge and experience that comes from hard work and dedication.
